Some things never change,no matter how you fight it. Some events are so politcal it is disheartening for those who play key roles in the game. I am saddened by the junior high level of character some of my fellow players have shown. And sadly it always ends in name calling.
There are those myself included that refuse to be dragged into these disputes and fight for the fun of the game. I go to events to play paintball have fun and see my many distant friends that meet for certain games. I asked the Geisterjagers at ohklahoma DDAY to mend fences with players and units on the allied side of the field. Although We still get blamed for the occasional pranks and or shenanigans. I can say that we did nothing of the sort in 09. We went out of our way to bridge the "hard" feelings of the past. Some were receptive some not so much as to the past actions of years prior.
There will always be the hardliners who will whine piss and moan about the GJ's that is ok let them. We are going to lead the way in honorable,Spirited,and sportmanship play. To my opponants I will face in June in Ohklahoma..Good luck you are going to need it!!
